While we endeavor to ensure that our website content is free from errors, we do not give any warranty or other assurance as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose of the material appearing on Delightfully Designing or any of our other website properties beyond reasonable efforts to maintain the site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide our websites and related information and services on an “as is” basis without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind (whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise) including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

SPECIFIC PRODUCT WARRANTIES

You can cancel and get a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase by writing to [email protected]. If the welcome kit has already shipped, you agree to a refund less a $25 handling and materials charge as we cannot accept used materials back. Please note, you will also be removed from any and all products you’ve accessed upon purchasing a spot inside the Brand Seeds community.

If you are a Monthly Plan purchaser, please give us notice of your desire to cancel as soon as possible. Your membership will be cancelled by the 1st of the next month.
