Let's get started!
YOU DESERVE SOME HELP
Unlike the Dark Side, the Admin Side is all about the smaller processes that make an overall project run smoothly.
OFFICE HOURS: I try to make myself available to my clients as much as possible. We all lead busy lives and being flexible is convenient and helpful. With that in mind, I like to dedicate the bulk of my day to being productive so my hours are split.
I am available for calls Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 9:30AM and then again from 5:00 - 7:00PM. The hours of 9:30 to 5:00 are strictly reserved for work!
SCHEDULING A CALL: It can get tricky to schedule a call when you're trying to line up your busy schedule with mine. Luckily, we can skip all the back and forth if you schedule your call through this link.
You'll get a glimpse of my availability and have the opportunity to schedule that call.
COMMUNICATION: During your project we will primarily use Asana to communicate. This helps me keep everything organized and in one place. Once we get started, you'll receive an invitation to your project and you'll be able to watch a video that will explain how you can utilize Asana.
When you choose me as your designer, you will receive:
A beautiful and functional custom website designed to sell your products and services. This website will be built using WordPress and the WP Bakery Plugin, which means you’ll be able to update it easily–hooray!
I’ll also include recommended plugins to help backup and secure your site, as well as a few I’ve found that just make updating your site easier. Below is a quick overview of what you receive as part of Brand Design as well as Web Design.
Besides the tech stuff, you'll also receive a strategy session to nail down all of your needs and get us both 100% on the same page.
After the project begins, we’ll keep in touch through Asana to review what’s been done so far, and where we’re going next but you're welcome to schedule a call with me anytime throughout the process.
Please note that your design project does not include any font, image, photo or premium plugin licenses. That means, if there are specific fonts, images, photos or plugins you want to use, or that we end up needing based additional functionality, you’ll need to purchase them before I begin work or as we determine their necessity.
A SIMPLE WAY TO WORK TOGETHER
The idea is to take the overwhelm and stress out of this process. This will be incredibly simple, let me walk you through it.
A SIMPLE WAY TO WORK TOGETHER
The idea is to take the overwhelm and stress out of this process. This will be incredibly simple, let me walk you through it.
So now that you have an idea of the process, here's an overview of what I'll need to receive from you in order to get started.
I need to see what inspires you! If we agree to work together, you’ll make a Pinterest board of images that match the aesthetic and feel you want for your website.
I need to pick your brain! I’ll send you a questionnaire to get an in-depth look at your business, so I can strategically plan your site.
To build your website properly, I’ll need your content before we begin. This includes text copy and any images you wish to use.
Below is the standard payment schedule for most projects. If you believe this schedule to be problematic for you, please let me know as soon as possible BEFORE the contract is signed so that we may discuss alternate schedules / payment plans that may be more suitable to your needs.
If you like everything you've read so far and are ready to get started, simply schedule a call so we can discuss your project further and get you a quote!
If you have additional questions that aren't answered in the FAQ section below, just shoot me an email, I'm happy to help!
Really looking forward to chatting about your project!

"Kimberly designed some workbooks for a passive course that I created. Not only was Kimberly ridiculously easy to work with, she communicated very clearly to me a due date, payment schedule, and expectations. I never felt unsure of what she would create or that she wouldn't honor my brand. The workbooks that she designed for me are beautiful, simple, and really easy to use, plus the colors and font combinations are certainly something I would never have thought of on my own!
I was so impressed by Kimberly's work that I asked her to come on-board for a group coaching program that I'm running for my clients. She will be designing my clients' opt-ins as a part of the program and I couldn't be more excited to continue working with her. Not only has she elevated my brand, I know she will elevate the brands of my clients too! "

As much as I'd love to, no. You know your industry best and I don't have the insight you do. I can however, refer you to an amazing copywriter that I love working with if you need help.
It depends on a few factors: schedule openings, complexity, and your response time. Most website builds are scheduled to begin approximately a month after first contact. This allows time for you to complete any text copy, take any new photos, and do the homework required for me to create your site.
The complexity of your website is another factor, while some sites can be completed in as little as a month, others (especially e-commerce or membership sites) can take as long as three to four months to fully plan and construct. I’ll give you a better timeline quote during our strategy session.
The final factor is your response time. During the project you will need to respond as quickly as possible to my questions and provide feedback. Delays in your responses will result in a delay in the launch of the website, and may increase the overall cost of the project. If you have any vacations or offline time planned during the time we’re supposed to be working on your website, please let me know before you sign the contract so I may alter the timeline accordingly.
In general, most websites start at $4,200 and go up in price based on a few factors:
Complexity, scope, and timeline. We’ll discuss your project and create a custom quote based on your needs. Complexity also applies to strategy—a design that looks simple for a site that has a complex sales funnel costs more than a site with no sales funnel. The scope of work also affects the overall price.
The price quoted at the beginning of the project may not be the final price as changes to the scope of work (adding, removing or changing features) may result in the final project cost changing.
Finally, the timeline affects the price. The price quoted is based in part on the amount of time I believe the project will take to complete. If you have a tight deadline, a “rush fee” may be charged to complete the project in time.
Branding usually starts between $1800 - $2500 depending on how much of your brand you'd like help with. For example, we can work on just your logo, palette and fonts or we can also add social media, business cards and other collateral. It's all up to you!
Yes! Branding and/or web design are big investments so I totally understand the need for a payment plan and have done my best to come up with a structured plan. Typically, standard payments are usually taken into two installments. A 50% deposit upon booking and the balance upon completion. With payment plans, I offer a 30% deposit and then we break down the balance into 3-4 month installments as well.
Using the payment plan has a cost associated with it, but I've found it's helpful for most of my clients as you end up having 4-5 months to pay everything off.
Have a friend that may interested in branding or a webite? Share this! They'll thank you.
